I'm Back!
2022 was a hard year for me. That's no secret. I tried the whole "fake it 'til you make it" BS mindset for a lot longer than I should have, and ... my life kind of blew up in a messy, but necessary, way. Ultimately, I pushed myself past healthy limits, and learned a few lessons the hard way. Grief is an odd journey, but it forced me to pause, recalibrate, and strip back everything I thought about myself. It was time to rebuild. Yes, this sounds dramatic, but it's true. In
