Skin Care

Skin care is NOT something I did a great job with in my teens and 20's, but after years of too much sun exposure (which led ultimately to low-level melanoma...) I've been slowly working towards better skin care. It's been a big goal of mine for my 30's.
Two weeks ago I decided to finally look up how a skincare routine is meant to be.
Here's the general routine based on a couple google searches:
Cleanser
Toner
Serum
Eye Cream
Spot Treatment
Moisturizer
Retinoid
Face Oil
Sunscreen
Fortunately, I already had a bunch of these products sitting in my closet that were gifted to me, and I really had no idea how to properly use them... /Never put the time into looking it up until now.
So, I put them all in one cabinet along with a sticky note that says the order they go in.

I've only been doing this now for two weeks and I've noticed a considerable difference even in the short time trying it.
I will try to look more into products and brands once these are used up, but I've been pleasantly surprised at the progress so far. I'm hopeful that I can continue this routine and build upon it.
