59 Parks: Canyonlands

Canyonlands National Park is located in Utah, just south of Moab.

I've now been to Canyonlands twice, during different seasons and about 3 years apart. During my 2017 visit, it was during the middle of summer and midday. This most recent time, it was Fall, early morning... and during the middle of a pandemic.

Both times, I can say this park took my breath away. There's a painterly-like quality about the Canyonlands, and it's absolutely stunning. I think the early morning only added to that, especially in the cloud forms in the sky.
