Week 2 of training ended up being 2 weeks- hit a busy streak with other things and was trying to stay off my right foot. (wee bit of an injury- nothing major, just something healing wonky)
Mostly did treadmill workouts, but I'm learning that the best workouts are the ones outside to allow for better breathing/strides. (although the consistent speed on the treadmill is a nice plus there)
Feeling stronger and more consistent for week 3 though! More to come with training as well as a few other fun things.
