It's hard to see how much is happening in a day until you step back and look at a month, 6 months, or a year's time. Today's post is brought to you a day later than intended because, well... I got my days mixed up this week. :)

Time has been a strange thing for most of this year with everything going on, especially after buying and moving into a new house - days go by so quickly. Also, I've got other big news behind the scenes, but more on that in a month or so...

Currently, I have a lot of house projects in motion and some are really close to being done and I can't wait to share them here later. There are also a lot of other personal projects I'd like to get back to (running, crafting, etc.) but right now, the house and my-later-to-be-discussed-adventure are eating up all my time and energy. It doesn't feel like it in each day, but a lot is happening when I reflect back, especially in the last month.

I think the same could be said of life, but it's incredible to stop and think about how far you've come from where you've been. You might not be exactly where you want to be, or where you'd hope by now, but look back and appreciate what you've done lately. Keep moving forward in the pursuit of your goals, but also appreciate all you've done and take care of you.
