This year was ...rough. Looking back on the year, it feels like 20 years crammed into one. BUT I made it through it with the support of family and friends, and a whole lot of gratitude. I learned a lot about myself this year.

Unfortunately, I learned a lot about grief too. On positive notes: - I ran my first 10K with friends

- I got to see a lot of family that I haven't seen in years - We unpacked our last packed boxes (from moving in two years ago and renovating nonstop since...) - We're finally at a pause point with house projects - I learned to slow down I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous about next year, but I guess that's natural after a chaotic year. I've got some big personal goals that will take time, but I'm optimistic about what comes next. Cautious... but optimistic :)

2023, please be a gentle one.
